When will my order be received?
Usually, it takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:
● USA: 3–4 business days
● Europe: 6–8 business days
● Australia: 2–14 business days
● Japan: 4–8 business days
● International: 10–20 business days

We work with an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities worldwide!
Will I be charged customs for my order?
An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.
Can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email to monitor its progress.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
I changed my mind and no longer want this item. Can I request a refund?
Because every poster is printed on demand specifically for your order, we approach returns differently than typical retail. We don't cover change-of-mind returns once production starts — but we've got you covered if your poster arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect. Reach out at support@plugcaptions.com and we'll make it right.
I received the wrong item. What do I do?
We’re sorry for the mix-up! Please send us photos of the incorrect item and a description, and we’ll process a replacement for you as soon as possible.

If you haven’t received your refund 14 days after you have sent your notice, please contact us and we will help you.
