Order Processing
All orders are printed and fulfilled on demand. Please allow 2-5 business days for your order to be processed and produced before it ships.
Shipping Times
Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery times are:

United States: 3-7 business days

International: 10-20 business days
Please note these are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur during peak seasons or due to carrier issues.
Orders containing both small and large posters may ship in separate packages.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Tracking
Once your order ships you will receive a tracking number via email. Allow 24-48 hours for tracking to update after you receive it.
Lost or Delayed Packages
plugcaptions is not responsible for packages lost or delayed by the carrier. If your package is significantly delayed please contact us at support@plugcaptions.com and we will do our best to assist you.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes that may apply upon delivery. These charges are not included in your order total.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders move into production quickly to get your poster shipped fast. If you need to make a change, reach out within 24 hours and we'll do our best to help — though we can't always catch orders before they hit the printer. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for more information.
