Refund policy
At plugcaptions, we want you to love your poster. Because every item is printed on demand specifically for your order, we approach returns differently than typical retail — but we've got you covered when it matters most.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@plugcaptions.com with a photo of the item and your order number. We will arrange a free reprint or refund at our discretion.
We are not responsible for:
∙ Incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout
∙ Orders marked as delivered by the carrier
∙ Buyer’s remorse or accidental orders
Lost or stolen packages — if your tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received your order, please contact your local post office first. If the issue is unresolved, reach out to us and we’ll do our best to help.
Outside of these circumstances, sales are final due to the made-to-order nature of our products. Reach out anytime — we read every email and want to make things right when we can.
